In the stage film "Ashley" (2013), Taylor portrayed Stacy Collins (the protagonist's mother). The character she played was that of the mom of Ashley Collins (played by Nicole Fox) as an adolescent lesbian whose self-harming habits annoyed her lovers. Stacy has attributed Ashley's issues with mental health to Ashley having suffered sexual abuse by her father at the age of a child.
